Ok555 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile banking service may apply their own charges — this is entirely a third-party matter and outside ok555's control.

The following rules apply to withdrawals from ok555:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Standard processing time: 15–30 minutes
• Withdrawals will not be processed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Ok555 may temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the wagering requirements tied to that bonus. If you attempt a withdrawal before fulfilling those requirements, the bonus balance will be forfeited and only your original deposit amount will be returned.

All ok555 bonuses and promotions come with their own terms. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted the specific conditions attached to it.

• Welcome Bonus: Applies to the first deposit for new members. Standard wagering requirements: 15x–30x.
• Cashback Bonus: A percentage of your net weekly losses returned to you.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you receive a bonus, subject to terms.
• Free Spins: Applicable to selected slot games; wagering requirements apply to winnings upon withdrawal.

Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time. Each promotion has an expiry date, and any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

• All games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is certified by a third party.

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ok555 and will result in immediate account closure:

• Money Laundering: Using an ok555 account as a channel for money laundering.
• Account Sharing: Allowing someone else to access or use your account.
• Hacking or Cracking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in live games.

Ok555 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:
